Questions about paying
Is there a subscription?
No. Nothing renews and nothing is charged weekly or monthly. You pay once for a photo or a pack.
Do credits expire?
Never. Use them this week or next year, on any photo, once you've signed in.
Can I refund unused credits?
Yes, from your account page within 14 days of buying a pack: the pack's price, less one credit's value for each credit used.
Is delivery extra on prints?
No. Every print price includes delivery to a UK address.
What if a face doesn't look right?
Within 14 days we'll make a stricter version free. You see exactly the picture you are buying in your preview, and a blurry or damaged original can only be improved so far, so there are no refunds or credits for how a face looks.
